Mixed Medium Design creates custom designs for your business. By using a drafting process we will work with the client to build the design.  A deposit of $25 is required before the design services are begin. Please allow one week turnaround for a Poster Design after deposit. You will be contacted by your preference selected below after this form is submitted.

• High Resolution Vector Files

• Final Formats for Print and Web Purposes (AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG & PNG)

• Size option - 11x14" and up is $75
